This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management system implementation & support, specifically in Oracle Hyperion.
Documenting and tracking goals, objectives, scope, business rationale, and high-level requirements
Prepare & maintain a comprehensive Operations and Governance Guide
Analyze current functionality gaps and gathering user perceptions
Support efforts to bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system functionalities
Support the design, develop, and maintain workflows to automate and streamline business processes
Prepare and present user training & knowledge base articles
Escalate problematic data quality / process issues to ensure adequate oversight and remediation
Support process improvements, strategy discussions, and stakeholder communication
Mandatory Skills
Experience in implementation of centralized planning, budgeting, and forecasting solution that integrates financial and operational planning processes and improves business predictability
Basic understanding of Hyperion architecture
Participation in medium to large-scale Digital Transformation programs
Familiarity with Agile philosophy and Design Principles
Excellent documentation & interpersonal skills
Comfortable with MS Visio, process mapping principles
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
