Roles and Responsibilities:

responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively.

work closely with client/developers to ensure system consistency.

collaborate with administrators and clients to provide technical support and identify new requirements. and given new solutions.

Responsibilities:

Closely work with developers to improve applications and establish best practices with new solutions.

Gather user requirements and identify new features.

Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements

Research and suggest new database products, services and features.

Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Monitoring schedule SQL jobs.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Database developer.

An ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude.

Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
