IAM Security Analyst

This role will own operational process such as Joiner/Leaver/Transfers. The role will work closely with wider operations team distributed in India, UK, and Asia-pac. The successful candidate will have experience in security areas like access provisioning, Role Based Access Control, Identity Management, and compliance.

Accountable for access management processes i.e. Joiner / Movers / Leavers, provisioning / deprovisioning, role management, compliance management activities.
Shall handle Service Requests as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Work on application on boarding, automation and Integration Support Services for existing Applications
Shall be required to extend testing and other support to ongoing projects / programmes, as and when required

Secondary Skills

Should be able to support continued use of automation wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy of access management.
Should be able to effectively execute access controls related activities, support audit activities
One should make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing processes, where appropriate.
