We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst with advanced skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing sophisticated BI solutions, integrating various data sources, and providing actionable business insights. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Design and manage complex applications using Power Apps.
Integrate, automate, and optimize data processes using Python.
Perform comprehensive data analysis and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into advanced technical solutions.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all presented data.
Mentor and guide junior BI analysts.
Drive BI projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 6 years in the Business Intelligence field.
Expert knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, M, and Power Query.
Extensive experience with Power Apps for developing sophisticated, customized solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Python for complex data automation and integration.
Deep understanding of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
Demonstrated ability to create highly interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in mentoring and leading a team.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications: (Optional)
Certifications in Power BI, Power Apps, or other related technologies.
Experience with other BI and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
