· 8+ years of experience in Information Technology Industry.

· Should have performed a role of BA in development or implementation projects. E

· xperience in coordinating with business users to understand the functional requirements through requirements sessions.

· Well versed in understanding the requirements and drafting it as an appropriate requirements document for sign-off and circulation to project teams.

· Good communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders in the project.

· Perform the role of project coordinator and act as a channel to connect the business team with the project team. Should possess a good presentation skills to engage the stakeholders professionally.

· Experience working in drawing tools for process definitions and use case diagrams.

· Corporate Services, Facilities Management, Properties, Housing functional knowledge will be an added advantage.
