3. Strong in SQL (Sybase/ MS-SQL). If you dont get Sybase/MS-SQL, we can look for PL-SQL (Oracle) as well but the person should be good in SQL skills and willing to work on MS-SQL/Sybase.
4. Should be well versed with Performance tuning.
5. Design table structure and indexes
6. Design processes and workflows to model business processes
7. Strong communication skill. Well documentation skill. A good team player
