Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications to implement ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise in integrations, workflow design, scripting, and application development will be critical in enhancing our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities
Application Development:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Create APIs and integrate with third-party services and systems.
Optimize application performance and scalability through effective design and implementation.
Ensure high-quality code by conducting unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Scripting and Workflow:
Proficiency in Business Rules, server-side scripting, and client-side scripting.
Utilize Script Includes, service catalog, and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
Implement Flow Designer and design efficient workflows.
Integrations:
Experience with ServiceNow Integrations:
REST and SOAP APIs.
Integration Hub for seamless data exchange.
XML and JSON data handling.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
Desirable Skills:
Service Order Management.
Inbound E-mail Notification.
Jelly Scripting.
Scheduler.
Messaging Integration (Kafka).
Customer Service Management (CSM).
Qualifications
Experience:
3-7 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio for application development
Familiarity with Transformation MAP and CMDB management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and features.
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Additional ServiceNow certifications related to integrations and workflow.
