Role involves expertise in Effectively identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems while implementing best practices in Problem Management, project management, Utilize PowerBI to create meaningful connections and insights from data, and provide actionable reports and visualizations, Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technology needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into project planning, and Assess and prioritize technology demands, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that project portfolios align with organizational goals. The Tech Lead independently develops, modifies, and implements complex information systems while adhering to established standards. They are responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and documenting assignments of moderate to high complexity. Additionally, the Tech Lead excels at researching and resolving more complex technical issues, has a strong understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB), and has experience in various IT domains, such as ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, and CSM. This role also involves experience in Service Now Development and Administration, as well as a solid grasp of ITIL processes.
