Job role: Salesforce Competency Leader
Skills and Experience-
14 - 17 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce.
Thought leader in Salesforce products and functionalities (including Vlocity, Einstein etc.)
Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, good understanding of Marketing cloud.
Minimum of 10x Certifications in Salesforce, including application & System architect
Well experienced in technical solution development for customer proposals
Strong experience with community building initiatives and involved in mentoring team members
Have excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Proven Leadership and Team management skills to achieve organizational goals
Define skill development plans for Salesforce competency; nominate and manage specialists and skill sets related to specializations
Provide though leadership in Salesforce proposals development
Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, complex architecture development
Create and execute strategy, set goals & communicate metrics
Develop Business Case, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
Participate in customer interactions and deliver executive-level presentations deriving actions/ decisions
Bring thought leadership and ensure visibility and brand building through competence development programs and participation in partner led and events.
Analyze market trends, conceptualize assets and accelerators to get an edge over competitors
Ensure that Specializations and Certifications are acquired in order to maintain and advance partnership levels and capabilities
