Description
8+ year in IT and 6+ years of project management experience delivering projects at an Enterprise Level based on Agile delivery
Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master is required
Proficient in iterative, Agile and blended methodologies and their application in project delivery
Apply lean/agile values and principles at all phases of project while meeting any governance or regulatory constraints
Direct oversight, management and accountability for the scope schedule resource and budget requirements of assigned projects
Establish and manage all Agile practices and ceremonies
Remove impediments that hinder productivity or block the teams progress
Work with team in the management of product/sprint backlog and work effort estimations
As a Scrum master, ensure that sprint planning, review and retrospective are complete with adequate rigor and quality
Be a leader and have the ability to lead teams and Product Owners without direct authority
Needs to have knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and methodologies Agile and Waterfall
Core Project Management Competencies
Challenge Assumptions and lead teams to deliver quality and predictable outcomes
Technical Knowledge in some discipline is mandatory
Ability to understand architecture and design disciplines will be positive
Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
