Actively manages day-to-day project tasks.
Ensure timely delivery by identifying and addressing delays. Know any delays on the deliverables and highlight them to management.
Find out the ways to have the work delivered on priority if timelines are missed.
Resolve the impediments for the team so that they are not blocked.
Work on the release milestones and plan ahead for the release.
Identify risks and dependencies, take necessary actions to resolve impediments and keep the team unblocked.
Plan ahead for release milestones.
Deeply involved in project execution to deliver on time with expected quality and ensure team success
