We are looking for an Agile Coach for Enterprise Level who can lead the WOW Transformation for Hives, multiple Hives or at Sub Domain level. The Agile Coach should be able to facilitate Agile practices and principles across multiple hives, facilitate the implementation of Lean Org Designs and WOW practices across the Hives in Sub Domain, help Hives define their OKR, Business Architecture and Product Roadmaps, help Hives achieve Delivery objectives on Delivering fast predictably and with quality, help Hives Squads on delivery craftmanship and technical agility, coach on Product Vision Roadmaps and Program Backlogs to deliver value, and coach on Quarterly and monthly Big Room planning and commitment. The Agile Coach should have the following skills: Agile Coach (mandatory) and PM-Agile (nice to have).
