Experience & Proficiency
· Overall 16+ years of industry experience with at least last 10+ years of extensive implementation experience in DotNet & its related technology space.
· Define and manage analytics strategy across multiple line of business and client partners exhibiting it in action by creating POVs, driving the proposals, help solving complex analytics problems and strategizing the end-to-end implementation.
· Thorough understanding of services offered by popular cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hands-on implementation of building java application with at least one of the popular cloud platforms
· Proven experience as a DotNet developer with solid of understanding of web application development and batch program
· Good domain knowledge, experience of working on large scale programs / green field implementations / app modernization.
· Strong leadership skills with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
· Strong consulting skills such as targeted communications and engagement management.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Drive upskilling initiatives aligning with associate learning goals.
· Lead by example & Oversee team of senior developers, lead developers and architects to provide the guidance on java related skill building, problem solving & technical implementation.
· Drive codeathon and hackathon events by collaboration with Learning team
· Collaborate with DotNet full stack engineers & architects to implement and deploy scalable solutions.
· Leadership skills to drive the application modernization related conversation amidst CXO, Senior Leadership and make impactful presentations to customer organizations.
Technology
· End-to-end understanding of DotNet development and solutioning capabilities for all steps involved in SDLC.
· Hands-on development experience in technologies like in DotNet Core for RESTful Services & database integrations.
· Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
· Experience working on RESTful services with integrations in both frontend and backend.
· Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS or GCP
· Experience in code quality tools & code coverage tools focusing on Inbuilt quality practices.
Experience in app modernization, tech modernization and migration projects
