Description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Argus Safety with the latest release Version 8. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 7 years of working knowledge in Oracle Argus and understand the ins and outs of application architecture. This includes having knowledge of modules such as Argus Configuration System and Business, Argus Interchange ESM, custom E2b profiles, configuring Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports. They should also have a good understanding of regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP and be willing to work in flexible timings. The candidate must possess excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with experience in SQL, PLSQL and a good knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes. The Senior Consultant will plan, perform and manage medium complexity production support tasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructure support. This includes monitoring production systems, initial triaging and troubleshooting, incident, change, problem management, SLAs and ITSM tools, as well as planning and execution of problem, incidents, production processes, change controls and service requests. The Senior Consultant will also be responsible for escalating unresolved issues to the respective support team.
