Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents to handle business scenarios such as order creation, lead updates, and customer queries.
Integrate Dynamics CE and F&O to streamline business processes using Power Automate, custom connectors, Azure Functions, or Agents.
Design and implement model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages (Portals), and automated workflows.
Develop and customize CRM components including plugins (C#), workflows, JavaScript, and Web Resources.
Manage data flow between systems using Dataverse, Azure services, and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with best practices and ALM processes in Power Platform.
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE development plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, etc.
Strong expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse.
Experience with Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio to build AI conversational bots or automation agents.
Familiarity with F&O integration: Dual-write, Dataverse sync, or custom API-based integrations.
Experience building and customizing Power Pages (Portals).
Solid understanding of Dataverse schema, security roles, and solution management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
Familiarity with DevOps for Power Platform and ALM best practices.
Exposure to AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or GPT-powered extensions in business apps.
Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, or MB-200/MB-210.
