  4. 1. Make these reports cover daily, weekly, monthly views. Improvements to reporting as and when required.
  5. 2. Escalation reporting and directing incidents which are not relevant to current team. Route to development teams to fix L3 issues (client or Virtusa) based on analysis.
  6. 3. Trend reports.
  7. 4. Predictions (BT has this done this)
  8. 5. Dashboards
  9. 4. Has hands on experience on ASM tools.
  10. 5. Business Domain knowledge
