Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to networking Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Traffic Engineering, Spanning tree (RSTP & MST), VPC, MLAG, PBR etc. Familiarity with network security principles and integration of security controls into the network infrastructure. Creation of scripts to achieve automation tasks. Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SNMP, and NetFlow. Hands on experience of working on Cisco Nexus 5k, 7k and 9K devices, Arista 7504, 7050 juniper 5100 devices. Hands on experience on Data Centre Fabric technologies like ACI, Arista EVPN and Juniper Apstra. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration with various teams in understanding the requirement and implement Network service accordingly. Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable. Solid understanding of networking protocols (, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with incident management processes and procedures Experience leading and managing teams Technical knowledge and experience Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process Remediate deviation of a process for its particular division/department Responsible for communicating with the Incident Process Owner Represent the first stage of escalation for Incidents Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.
