Job Description: Looking for Oracle EPM Developer
Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
Strong 5+ years experience with defining future state and/or business solutions utilizing ARCS in designing, configuring, and implementing EPM for large entities with multiple external systems, preferably in a banking ecosystem
Experience in EPM Product implementation for large global banks with multi-GAAP / Multi-Country roll-outs
Hands on experience with Balance comparison ,Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching
Working experience in Oracle ARCS profiles, Reports reconciliations, configuration, worklist, matching, Auto-Match, Data Integration.
Can explain technical solutions with business flair and get business buy-in.
Can lead, own, and deliver solutions in the Finance Reconciliations, design workable and even complex solutions, and integrations for client needs, provide demos, and get agreements.
Good Knowledge about Data Management and EPM automate.
Experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit gap analysis and Solution Design
Data integration from different sources through Data Management
Experience in designing various systematic ,Operational and Finance reconciliation across financial applications
Good understanding of architecture of Oracle ERP (Enterprise resource Planning) and AFCS ( Accounting Foundation Cloud Services)
Experience in handling product processor , Settlement systems and Ledger application data reconciliation .




Nice to have skills: Good to have:
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in Agile Methodology
