Overall 15+ years of experience
Must possess a deep understanding of technology and software development, combined with strong leadership and communication skills
Extensive experience in managing and executing web applications & mobile application as part of tech modernization and migration
Experience in green field development involving multi disciplinary teams including vendors.
Expertise in different architecture solutions specifically on microservices architecture.
Experience in building backend services using
Good understanding of cloud services, uses, and basic architecture best practices (AWS, Azure)
Ensure the adoption of best practices in areas such as DevOps, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
Communicate technical information and plans to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
Build and maintain relationships with key external partners and vendors.
Should be able to provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed
Should be able to provide technical guidance and make critical architectural decisions.
Stay abreast of new technologies and introduce relevant innovations into the teams workflow.
Should be able to provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed and ensure technical challenges are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
