Primary Skills : Accessibility Test
Responsible to test the given website link using Keyboard (Only) to navigate on all elements on the website, activate all buttons, links, popups and close, select /deselect and entering all the required details in forms etc.
Report all the issues in a detailed manner in a spread sheet along with error snapshots based on the testing result. The same way, need to test and report using the NVDA or JAWS screen reader.
Do use the color contrast Analyser or any CCA tool to check the color contrast ratio based on the WCAG requirement and report the issues in the spread sheet along with error snapshots.
Finally, the issue descriptions and code suggestions should be given for all the issues in the same spread sheet.
Clear understanding of WCAG 2.1
Hands on experience on NVDA
Knowledge of drafting defects
ARIA recommendations
Mobile accessibility Testing
Responsible for providing guidance and expertise on accessibility standards, regulations and best practices.
Responsible for providing advice and recommendations to organizations on how to make their websites and applications accessible to all users.
Responsible for auditing websites and applications to ensure that they meet accessibility standards.
Responsible for training teams on accessibility principles and techniques.
