Key Responsibilities Platform Support
Cloud Solution Design Optimization Design scalable and highly available cloud solutions on Azure using a variety of services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Pipelines.
Kubernetes Management Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of containerized workloads. Modernize existing Kubernetes environments with unified management, governance, and monitoring.
Performance Optimization Identify performance bottlenecks in cloud environments and optimize resources to ensure high performance at scale. Proactively scale resources based on application needs and business requirements.Grafana Databricks Dashboards Use Grafana and Databricks CLI to create and maintain dashboards for monitoring and visualizing key application and infrastructure metrics, such as data flows, system performance, and resource usage.
Databricks Workspace Management Manage Databricks workspaces, including configuring and upgrading clusters, managing user access, and optimizing Databricks environments for performance.
Deployment Monitoring Deploy applications, configure services, and continuously monitor cloud resources to ensure optimal operation. Proactively troubleshoot issues in cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability.
Data Management Implement efficient data storage solutions using Azure s suite of data services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics, ensuring seamless integration and data governance.Security Compliance Implement robust security practices, including configuring permissions, managing role-based access controls (RBAC), and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Resource Management Implement cost-effective cloud resource management strategies, ensuring efficient utilization of Azure services while maintaining high availability, performance, and scalability.
Application Support
Python Development Debugging Write, debug, and optimize Python code for Azure applications and data pipelines, troubleshooting issues related to functionality, performance, and integration.
Databricks Synapse Integration Provide support for Databricks notebooks, including the integration with Azure Synapse and Azure SQL Database. Utilize Unity Catalog for data governance and management.
Production Issue Resolution Diagnose and resolve production issues in Azure-based applications, identifying root causes and applying timely solutions to minimize downtime.
