The Commodities Index Engineering Technology team (Pune-based) is looking for an experienced Java/SQL developer to work on Index platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backed application using Java, Oracle, Weblogic, Unix
.net,python knowledge desirable
Work with London based data Teams to resolve daily data reconciliation issues
Write clean, efficient and well documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Proactively provide ideas and solutions to problems and drive delivery to completion
Stay updated on industry and Citi best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Experience / Background
Proven experience as a Java/Weblogic developer
Good understanding of OO concepts and SOLID design principles
Proven experience working with Oracle / SQL
Experience in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and Automated Deployment environment with tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, uDeploy
