Java (Oracle / WFM) Developer

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with over 8 + years of experience in Java and J2EE applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of J2ee, Webservices, Jdk 1.8, Jdk 1.6, Jsp, Servlets Xquery, ALSB and Oracle PL/SQL. Also the candidate should have knowledge on WFM(work flow management).The candidate should have experience working with Bitbucket and have demonstrated team leadership skills, including at least 3 years of experience as a development lead. A senior developer (contractor) is required to support critical Compensation & Total Rewards capabilities for employees globally. The role will primarily work on maintenance, lights-on support, safety & soundness, and critical BAU work in Compensation & Total Rewards product areas. This role is budgeted and is essential to maintain operational stability of the Total Rewards applications. R24025940

A senior developer (contractor) is required to work on change in Time Management System where statutory policy for multiple countries are getting updated to be in-line with local labor laws, and these changes did not make it to the CTMS backlog due to capacity constraints. In order to remain compliant, we will need to perform this work in 2025. This developer will have strong knowledge in JAVA to work on these country level changes in Time & Absence capabilities. This is not incremental and is a backfill for contractors rolled off in 2024.
