Responsibilities: Exceptional knowledge in drafting business requirements, functional requirements followed by drafting epic, user stories, story refinement & prioritization using industry leading tool like JIRA
Experience in preparing and delivering senior, executive-level presentations with excellent Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) skills
In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
Should be able to build various business process flow, workflow diagram using industry leading tool like Visio
Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for appropriately engage with senior managements & business partners
Should be capable in defining and delivering optimized & exceptional user experience
Should be able to drive execution of the transformation book of work efforts in partnership with team members and other transformation teams across the bank for timely and effective outcomes that meet the firms expectations
Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment




Required Skills: Industry knowledge of products / solutions in the field Risk Regulatory Reporting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and manage senior stakeholders
