Skill: Senior Business Analyst
Role / Tier: Senior Consultant/Tier 2
5+ years of business analyst experience performing requirements gathering, elaboration, story creation, acceptance validation etc.
5+ years of experience in Banking and Financial sector domain
Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira or equivalent
Strong experience in conduct working sessions to conclude and collect requirements
Process/ Sequence diagramming
Experience on analysis of API requests and response for SOAP and REST services
Experience managing requirements in an agile format from discovery through to delivery in an ongoing successful/ sustainable model.
Good to Have-
Knowledge of BIAN and IFX standards
Postman and SOAPUI experience
Diverse group facilitation: Should be able to drive consensus around variety of Virtusa and Client business or technical SMEs
Definition, importance, and role ownership of Ceremonies including Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo and Retrospective
