Loan IQ Support Team is looking for a Support Analyst with BA experience. The Candidate is accountable for provide production support to Loan IQ App
User on boarding and off boarding LoanIQ profile maintenance
Updating Funding rates in LoanIQ banks financial and reputational risk
Updating Treasury rates in LoanIQ banks financial and reputational risk
Updating table maintenance job functions in LoanIQ.
Perform post implementation verification and provide support at times weekends too
Ensuring process is followed to the T as all LoanIQ updates are audited
Monitoring LoanIQ Support for issues, triaging issues with Users, analysing the issue and providing the issue with the vendor
Work closely with developers to investigate and triage the issues and resolve it
Work under strict SLA defined by the team
Work collaboratively with the team and business partners
Possesses a deep understanding and problem solving ability of various complexities.
Creates documentation to ensure the supportability of analysis ie FAQ, Support documentation, KEDB et all
Experience with SIT testing and UAT Support for any issues
Must have experience in
Test Strategy Plan documentation
Test Cases - writing and executing
Variance management and tracking
Ensure all sign offs are obtained for promote to production.
Perform post-implementation checks
Preferable Banking or Financial background

Responsibility

Handle production issues related to LoanIQ functionality
Updating table maintenance job functions in LoanIQ.
Prepare test cases to verify functionality from operations perspective
