Responsibilities 7+ years of Exp as BA in Banking Domain.
BA with knowledge of regulatory reporting is an addition.
Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, expertise in documentation (BRD/FRD), knowledge of iterative documents (like Iterative scope documents, enhancement requirement documents, test plan documents)-Must have
Knowledge of Functional Testing, SQL and JIRA tool- Must have
PM skills- tracking various milestones report wise for various regions, driving and initiating stakeholder meetings with top management of client- Good to have
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Should have good knowledge in SQL.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills Working end to end with development and ETL team as well as the users for delivering the regulatory reports.
Perform Map Gap analysis for missing data elements and preparation of various iterative documents (like Iterative scope documents, enhancement requirement documents,
test plan documents)
Ability to write test cases and analyse and review test results, managing defects and ensure defect resolution
Nice to Have skills Co-ordinate with Development team as well as with Data source in report automation
Coordinating with stakeholder for project artifacts approvals
