Job description

We are seeking a Senior Test Architect to lead a large scale testing transformation initiative for a major healthcare customer The role involves assessing the current testing landscape defining a future state testing strategy and driving implementation of modern test practices and automation across functional non functional integration and security testing
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong hands on experience in enterprise level testing modernization test automation frameworks and DevOps or Agile practices especially within regulated domains such as healthcare
Required Skills and Experience
12 years of experience in Software Testing Quality Engineering or Test Architecture roles
Proven experience leading testing transformation initiatives in large enterprises
Deep expertise in test automation UI API performance and security
Strong understanding of Agile DevOps CIor CD and shift left testing practices
Prior experience in the Healthcare domain with knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks
Experience defining testing KPIs dashboards and governance models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud based testing AWS Azure GCP
Experience in Testing tools TOSCA TestFlight Testinium Loadium Selenium
Exposure to test management and reporting tools Jira Zephyr qTest TestRail
Knowledge of healthcare data formats and integration standards FHIR HL7 EDI
