Job description
Strong understanding on Security principles, measures and services available in Azure.
Direct experience in a vast range of services from the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, AKS, Containers, Storage, Networking and Azure Security.
Direct experience of enterprise solution shaping and Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture development including excellent documentation skills.
Experience of setting up, deploying and managing multiple environments to support agile development approaches.
It is essential that you have strong, in-depth and demonstrable hands-on experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
Hands on experience in migrating large scale complex enterprise applications to Azure Cloud and design operations processes.
Ability to Design and implement high availability and Disaster recovery solution with ARM and Terraform.
Knowledge on MSSQL, MySQL and NoSQL DBs such as DynamoDB.
Solid understanding of networking and core internet protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and routing in distributed networks.
Strong understanding of the cloud architecture patterns and solution design principles
Strong understanding of different attributes for cloud application availability scalability and ability to propose optimized design for cloud
Knowledge on implementing DevOps solutions integrating various tools, based on client/business requirements
Knowledge in various industry standard tools related to CI CD, Containerization, Configuration Management, Cloud Automation, such as Git, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Terraform Docker, AKS, Kubernetes.
Experience in configuring monitoring different attributes and handling scale up and scale down scenarios for the application in Azure
Provide best practices around provisioning production and non-production environments on Azure to optimize the usage
Engaging with client development, infrastructure, security, Network and IT operations teams as part of cloud Solutioning.
Possession of either the Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions and Architecting Microsoft Azure certifications.
