Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for SunGL and related applications within the agreed service window (EU time zone).
Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for application issues.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
Utilize SQL and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance.
Assist in responding to internal and external audit queries by supplying required application and configuration evidence.
Maintain documentation of application configurations, processes, and known issues.
Support change management and release processes as per organizational standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring, reporting, and application support.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or related technical roles.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools.
Experience in application support within financial/ERP environments preferred (e.g., SunGL, Vision).
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial principles, journal entries, general ledger, and reporting.
