Key responsibility:
- Partner with stake holders on project requirements, expectations and timelines
- Responsible for the establishment and management of project methodology, incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting that fits the needs of the project
- Work closely with the internal teams to prepare agile project management plan, build product backlog, prioritize requirements and ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct Scrum Daily standup, Product backlog, Sprint Planning & Sprint Review
- Determine team capacity (velocity), create work break down structure (user stories), burndown charts etc.
- Effectively communicate with the stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on the risk, dependencies and project status
