Key responsibility:
8 to 10 years of Strong technical background in supporting applications on AS/400 platform, using SYNON, RPG III, RPG IV, LANSA
Experience in coordination with offshore and customer facing roles
Experienced in Creating and debugging SYNON, RPG/CL programs
Experience on MQ, Triggers
Experience on production support of enterprise-wide small and large projects that require the high technical expertise; participates on systems/program and data analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement and/or production support activities
Participates in meeting with clients, business users and team members to trouble shoot critical tickets and status update
Must have good written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills
