ELK Lead
An ELK Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the ELK stack to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of ELK engineers and administrators.
ELK Stack Management Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the ELK stack.
Data Integration Design and implement data ingestion pipelines using Logstash or other tools.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of the ELK stack.
Security Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaboration Work closely with other teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions using the ELK stack.
Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ELK stack configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience Several years of experience working with the ELK stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
Technical Skills Proficiency in scripting languages e.g., Python, Bash, and experience with cloud platforms e.g., AWS, Azure.
Soft Skills Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Education A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.
