ServiceNow Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and responsible for Designing, developing and deploying custom applications to implement ServiceNow solutions having hands-on experience in Integrations (Rest API/IntegrationHUB), Flow Designer/Work Flows, Transformation MAP and scripting.
- Design, Develop, Test and Deploy applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and Design specifications
- Implement best practices for development, including service decomposition, containerization, and orchestration
- Develop APIs and integrate with third-party services and systems
- Optimize application performance and scalability through effective Design and implementation
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies and framework.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Proficiency in Business Rules, Server side scripting, Client side Scripting, Script Includes, service catalog, ServiceNow - IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Proficiency in Flow Designer and Workflow implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHUB) and data exchange mechanisms.
- Familiarity with agile develo+B11pment methodologies (Agile, SAFe)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
