Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Articulate and effectively communicate company's value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs and challenges and Offer customized technology solutions that meet client requirements.
• Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, customer and partners.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
• Build and manage sales pipeline.
• Taking active opportunities from discovery to close
• Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Negotiate and close deals in timely manner.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
• Build excellent relationship with pre-sales, marketing and partner teams to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements and skills
• 8 – 12 years of Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in technology sales or a similar role.
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer experience
• Strong understanding of technology products or services
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence key decision makers
• Technical and Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent C-Suite connections or C-1 (Influencers, Decision makers)
• Ability to travel on need basis (5 – 10% travel out of Bangalore)
