Scrum Master Duties: Act as the Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Promote Agile principles, remove obstacles, and ensure adherence to Scrum practices. Project Planning: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog.
Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge and proficiency in the technologies used by the team (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.). Guide the team in technical decision-making and best practices.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges that may impact project success.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Strong organizational and time management skills
