Job Description :
Looking for a seasoned professional with hands on experience in managing PMO and Governance aspects of a large Customer Team, with experience of working across US, UK, Australia clients and programs at Tier1 organizations. This is a role which expects the candidate to be completely a self starter, lead initiatives and own the PMO and Governance functions of the India site.
Direct end-to-end project support taking full control and responsibility for the process, compliance and due diligence part.
Adoption of standard and established customer frontline Project Management Methodologies around governance, financials, process, audits and the entire customer lifecycle.
Education on the use of the processes, templates and project workspace; coaching on individual projects and assistance in addressing challenging projects.
Process baselining and periodic audits.
Risk identification.
Development, maintenance and storage of project templates and/or project documentation
Process Maturity Analysis
Integration Framework with Global Policies and India alignment
Collaboration Model with stakeholders, roadmap.
Repeatable and Traceable model of governance.
Project Governance and Control recommendations to leadership.
Process Maturity Analysis across all process workflows, staffing, work management, scheduling, payouts.
Provide weekly scorecards on compliance regarding above. Identify issues and follow up to resolve.
