Skill: Windows admin

Role / Tier: Architect – Tier 1

Key responsibility:

· Plan Windows upgrade from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2022 on AWS

· Develop approach to migrate windows server from AWS to GCP.

· Good understanding of Backup and DR strategy on GCP

· Work with Client and internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure all project requirements are met.

· Experience / Skills

· 5+ years Windows Server administration experience required.

· Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.

· Experience with SQL Server, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.

· Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.

· Must have Experience implementing various authentication methods like AD, LDAP, SQL Authentication etc.

· Has experience working on AWS/Google cloud environments.

· Configure and maintain windows servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

· Must have experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex, production software.
