Job description
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements document capture classification workflow orchestration and translate them into technical solution design on KTA
Configure and customise KTA modules workflows forms capture classification integrations dashboards
Develop and maintain KTA solutions build solution configure process designer forms designer integrate with backend systems databases ECM ERP
Collaborate with stakeholders business IT architecture infrastructure to deliver solutions that meet functional non-functional scalability performance and compliance requirements
Perform testing unit integration support deployment into production monitor and troubleshoot live systems
Provide maintenance support patches upgrades performance tuning for KTA applications
Produce technical documentation design docs support guides user guides standard operating procedures
Work within Agile Scrum delivery teams contribute to sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives
Mentor junior developers participate in code and config reviews promote best practices for KTA solutions
Stay updated with KTA platform enhancements propose and implement improvements
Required Skills and Experience
Four to seven years of software development and automation experience with minimum two to four years on KTA or similar platforms
Hands-on with KTA workflows forms process designer capture and classification modules
Skilled in scripting languages JavaScript VBScript NET C# to extend and customise KTA solutions
Strong understanding of RDBMS SQL Server Oracle databases writing and tuning SQL queries
Experience integrating KTA with external systems via REST SOAP web services APIs
Experience with version control deployments production support
Excellent analytical problem-solving communication skills ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or equivalent
Desired Plus
Experience in document capture and processing domain OCR ICR document classification ECM systems
Experience in enterprise scale automation governance support of production systems
Certification in Kofax TotalAgility or related
Domain experience BFSI shared services insurance public sector
Experience with cloud and hybrid deployments containerisation desirable
Key Success Metrics
Number of process workflows automated and deployed using KTA
Performance and uptime of KTA applications reduction in manual steps
Quality of deliverables defects rework
Reusability of components modules across processes
Stakeholder satisfaction and business value delivered
