Technical Expertise: Proficient in tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Extensive experience with cloud migration and management.
Automation: Proven experience in driving end-to-end automation, particularly in the AMH space, and implementing robust automation frameworks.
Monitoring Tools: Expertise in performance monitoring tools like New Relic, with a focus on application performance management and cost optimization.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of handling complex environments and quickly resolving issues.
Environment Management: Take complete ownership of the AMH, SAG, PAG, GFE, and GPP environments, ensuring their stability, performance, and availability.
Automation & Optimization: Lead the automation efforts for the mentioned applications, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes. This includes implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployment, monitoring, and testing.
Cloud Migration: Manage and execute the migration of applications to the cloud, identifying opportunities to optimize resources and drive growth for Virtusa in the cloud space.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring tools, such as New Relic, to ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of Payments applications. Contribute to proactive performance tuning and issue resolution.
