Job Description:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience.

● A minimum of 6 years software development experience-- 3 years of which are in PEGA.

● At least 3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.

● Must Have skills / certifications on PEGA CSSA / PEGA CSDA certification

● Hands on experience on Oracle / MS SQL Server.

● Good written & verbal communication skills.

● Willing to work from client office in Salarpuria in hybrid mode.

● Confident problem solver and communicator.

● Meticulous. Strong attention to detail.

● Experience in a data-driven, fast-paced environment on mission-critical applications.

● Strong self-led, work prioritization skills.

● Demonstrated cross-functional team player.

Good to have skills / certifications

● PEGA CLSA certification

● PEGA CLDA certification

● BPM workflow

● Java

● PL/SQL

● Big Data (Cassandra)
