Description
1. 4 to 7 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
2. Engineering degree with MBA will be an added advantage
3. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Visio, Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
5. Hands-on experience of advanced data visualization and presentation
6. Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
7. Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
8. Strong presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
1. Knowledge of financial payments and commercial account/liquidity products
2. Experience of using Atlassian Jira for requirements capture and technical backlog management
3. Experience of using Atlassian Confluence and Lucid Charts for technical documentation and diagramming
4.Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
5.Exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
6. Experience of working alongside software engineers to help rapidly synthesize, distil, translate and clarify complex business process into clear written technical requirements
7. Knowledge of non-functional requirements and brokering these with the business and technology to enable delivery of high-quality reliable software solutions
8. Foundational awareness of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner)
