Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our R D team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical research and development processes, combined with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to R D projects, including clinical trials, preclinical research, and product development.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision making processes.
Project Management Support
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of R D projects.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Facilitate communication between project teams, departments, and external partners.
Process Improvement
Evaluate and optimize R D processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Education Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree Masters or PhD is a plus.
Experience Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on R D.
Skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau.
Strong understanding of R D processes, including clinical trials and drug development.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
