Skills & Responsibilities:
You are a forward looking and enthusiastic enterprise architect who can combine thought leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You have a passion to do the right thing and have strong influencing skills to persuade others to do the same. You have the ability to logically decompose complex problems and explain them to people at all levels in the organization. You will be a strong collaborator able to work in and lead virtual teams to a common goal.
You have a strong, broad technical background in Investment Banking, Markets or Treasury (trading) and able to credibly talk with the business about their strategy and how your strategy enables their future requirements. You will need to have a good understanding of the benefits of Enterprise Architecture and able to articulate this to stakeholders. This breadth of skills and experiences is important, and you are able to communicate equally well with business and technological communities at all levels.
Ideally you will have a good understanding of market trends and have experience in wholescale transformation design as well as come from a solution architect/ engineering background.
