Main duties/responsibilities will include: 1. Pega Lead System Architect LSA is responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. 2. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.3. Responsible for hands-on design and implementation of integrated pega based solutions that are scalable, built for rapid change and meets functional and non-functional requirements.4. Assist in planning, architecture, analysis, and design of PEGA PRPC/related workflow applications and integrate with legacy systems5. Develop, test, modify, and implement application code and make standard modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with high-level specifications, application support and industry standards.6. Lead cross-functional development/integration projects requiring interaction with end-users and external technology clients. 7. Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements8. Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments.9. Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base and Lead client workshops around software products and processes.10. Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.Key Skills and Experience required for this role:1. Experience with PRPC v5.x (or above) with experience in new Pega capabilities.2. Experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components.3. Solid experience with PEGA business process modeling and change management.4. Advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.5. Previous experience as lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs.6. Experience in Agile methodology practices and sprint planning activities.7. Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase. Should be proficient in SQL commands8. Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script 9. Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles10. Expertise and good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability.
