Extensive

& SME stakeholders
Understand
the BB & SME wider change landscape
Use change
methodology to devise People Side of Change (PSOC) /Customer Side of
Change (CSOC) documentation to outline team/role impacts for particular
backlog items and use as the basis to effectively define training,
communications and procedure requirements
Create
delivery and launch plans in conjunction with key stakeholders
Present at key
stakeholder meetings to provide updates on delivery and launch plans
Ensure all
governance is completed and approvals obtained ahead of any changes going
live
Partner with
BB & SME business stakeholders to define the overall communication
strategy and plan for the Simple Lending Lab aligned to the monthly
release cycle
Provide
advice on key messages for Senior Leadership communications, for any
significant backlog items or material releases. Review and edit leadership
communications as required
