• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega upgrade projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the migration process and potential challenges.
• Proven ability to perform post-deployment validation tasks for Pega applications, including RAP import, agent/listener/queue processor verification, and basic functional checks.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Pega applications, particularly in the context of upgrades and migrations.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with cloud deployment concepts and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) is desirable.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of Production Engineering/ SRE
• Experience on 24/7 services support.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) for automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
