Essential Functions of the Job:
Ensure co-ordination between Functional testing, Performance and Automation Testing teams for assigned Area
Take responsibility for ensuring QA delivery and management of Test resources, Status Reporting, Test Strategy/Plans, Cases, Scripts, Results,
Responsible for project testing workload, performance and delivery targets
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions
Participate in programme/project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements
Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Strong experience in Personal and Business Banking and credit card.
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases
Good knowledge of current Test and Automation Tools in the market place
Excellent management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Motivated by delivery
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people within and outside of IT to balance demands
Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure

Ability to perform hands-on test execution to support project teams when necessary
