Job description
Create streamlined communications, recurring meetings and comprehensive integrated project plans, understand manage Scope, and follow various intake processes
Identify and resolve RAIDD items, provide direction on RAIDD items to report upwards into other program offices
Act as escalation point for PMs PCOs for intakes and engagements with up downstream partners and shared services PMs as required
Manage functional change requirements related to all Systems Conversions
Support assigned teams during mock and live conversion weekends as required
Candidate should have excellent communication skill.
Must have extensive functional experience with banking and financial domains.
Must have worked with International banks preferably in their personal and business banking domains.
Should have good knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies
Understanding and analyzing requirements, feasibility analysis, gap analysis.
Modeling of requirements activity diagrams, flowcharts, etc..
Knowledge of web related and other application development technologies.
Project Management experience
Preferably PMP or Agile certified managers
