Provide technical support for applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Monitor application performance and system health, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS and Redshift and other AWS services.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain applications in AWS.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
Assist in the deployment of new application releases and updates.
Document support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in application support and AWS infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS / ECS, Redshift, and IAM.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in AWS.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
